How we protect your data- Nothing is created in Jira until someone reviews the draft and clicks "Do it now".
- Every field can be edited before the issue is created.
- ActiveLens reads projects, issue types, statuses, priorities and assignable people to fill in the form. It writes only the issues and sub-tasks you create.
- Each user connects their own Atlassian account. Revoke ActiveLens's access in your Atlassian account settings at any time to disconnect.

Do status changes in Jira sync back to ActiveLens?
No. ActiveLens creates the issue when you confirm. Updates made in Jira after that stay in Jira.
