The card's description is written from what was said, so whoever opens it knows why it exists.
Checklist and labels
Steps mentioned on the call become a checklist on the card. Add the board's labels, or a new one.

Connect Trello
Each user signs in with their Trello account. ActiveLens works with that user's Trello permissions.
Pick a default board and list
Choose where new cards go. You can also use the first list of the board.
Approve the cards
After each call, check the drafted card, edit what you need, and click "Do it now".

You stay in control
How we protect your data- Nothing is created in Trello until someone reviews the draft and clicks "Do it now".
- Every field can be edited before the card is created.
- ActiveLens reads your boards, lists, labels and board members to fill in the form. It writes only the cards you create, with their checklists and labels.
- Each user connects their own Trello account. Revoke ActiveLens's access in your Trello account settings at any time to disconnect.
Works with everything else
ActiveLens captures calls from your phone system and meetings from your calendar, so commitments from either can become Trello cards. Teams that track work elsewhere can use Jira, Monday or ClickUp.

Questions
Can cards go to different boards?
Yes. Set a default board and list, then pick another board or list for any single card before you create it.
Can a card have more than one member?
Each card from ActiveLens gets one member, chosen from the board's members. Add more in Trello afterwards.
Does every card need approval?
Yes. Cards are drafted after the call and created only when someone clicks "Do it now".
What happens when a card is moved or completed in Trello?
Nothing changes in ActiveLens. ActiveLens creates the card when you confirm, and changes made in Trello after that stay in Trello.
