What happens after every call
The right item, found by phone number
ActiveLens matches the caller to an item using the phone column you choose, or through a linked board. You can also search by hand.
Column values suggested
Status, dropdown, date, number and text columns are filled in from the call, with the current value shown next to each suggestion. The item can move to a new group too.
Call summary posted as an update
The summary of the call is posted as an update on the item, or on a linked item if you prefer.
New items and tasks
If the caller isn't on the board, create a new item. Follow-ups can become Monday tasks with an assignee, status, priority, description and subitems.

Choose boards and columns
Your admin picks the boards, the column that holds the phone number, and the columns ActiveLens may fill in. Boards can be shared with the whole company, with specific teams, or with one person.

After each call, review the suggested values, change any of them, and click "Do it now".

You stay in control
How we protect your data- Every suggestion shows the item's current value. By default, nothing changes on the board until someone clicks "Do it now".
- Your admin sets how sure the AI must be before it fills in a field. Below that, it only suggests.
- ActiveLens reads the boards and columns your admin selects. It writes the column values, items, tasks and updates you confirm.
- Revoke ActiveLens's access in your Monday account at any time to disconnect.

Questions
Can each team use its own boards?
Yes. Add as many boards as you need and share each one with the whole company, specific teams, or one person. Each team can have a default board, and anyone can switch boards before confirming.
Which column types can ActiveLens fill in?
Text, long text, numbers, date, hour, status, dropdown, checkbox, phone, email and link columns. People columns aren't filled in on board updates; on Monday tasks, you pick the assignee.
Does status sync both ways?
No. ActiveLens reads an item's current values when it prepares suggestions and writes to Monday when you confirm. Changes made later in Monday don't sync back to ActiveLens.
What if the caller isn't on the board yet?
Search for the item by hand, or create a new item from the call on the board you choose.
Where does the call summary go?
It's posted as an update on the item. Your admin can send it to a linked item instead, for example the client the item belongs to.
