When a follow-up is promised on the call, ActiveLens writes the subject and body from what was said. You find the draft on the call's board.
Opens in Gmail with one click
Press Open in Gmail and a new message opens with the recipient, subject and body filled in. You send it from your own account.

Each draft is written for the person it was promised to, one email per person. Check the To and Cc fields before you open it.

Sign in to Gmail as usual
There is no Gmail connection to set up. ActiveLens opens the draft in Gmail in your browser, in the account you are already signed in to.

Pick the style you use most. You can switch styles on any draft, and keep editing after that.
Open the draft after the call
When a follow-up was promised, the draft is waiting on the call's board. Review it, press Open in Gmail, and send.

You stay in control
How we protect your data- Nothing is sent automatically. You always press send, in Gmail.
- ActiveLens does not read your mailbox. It only opens a new message with the draft filled in.
- Edit the recipients, subject and body in ActiveLens, and again in Gmail before you send.
- There is no Gmail access to revoke: if you stop using it, nothing stays connected.

Questions
Does ActiveLens send emails from my Gmail account?
No. ActiveLens writes the draft and opens it in Gmail. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.
Does ActiveLens need access to my Gmail inbox?
No. There is no Gmail connection and ActiveLens does not read your email. The draft opens as a new message in the Gmail account you are signed in to in your browser.
Where do I find the draft?
On the call's board in ActiveLens, after the call. From there, Open in Gmail starts a new message with everything filled in.
Can I change the tone of the email?
Yes. Choose a style such as friendly, formal or concise and the draft is rewritten. You can also edit it by hand or create your own style.
Does it work for meetings as well as phone calls?
Yes. Follow-ups are drafted the same way after phone calls, online meetings and in-person meetings captured with ActiveLens.
