What happens after every call
The email is written for you
When a follow-up is promised on the call, ActiveLens writes the subject and body from what was said. You find the draft on the call's board.
Opens in Outlook with one click
Open it in Outlook on the web, or, in the ActiveLens app for Windows, in Outlook on your desktop. The recipient, subject and body are already filled in.
Addressed to the right person
Each draft is written for the person it was promised to, one email per person. Check the To and Cc fields before you open it.
Your style, one tap away
Pick a style and the draft is rewritten in that tone. Edit any line yourself, or save a style of your own for next time.
Set up in minutes
Use Outlook as usual
There is no Outlook mail connection to set up. The draft opens in Outlook on the web, or in Outlook desktop when you use the ActiveLens app for Windows.
Choose your style and where it opens
Pick the style you use most, and whether drafts open in Outlook on the web or on the desktop. ActiveLens remembers your choice.
Open the draft after the call
When a follow-up was promised, the draft is waiting on the call's board. Review it, press Open in Outlook, and send.
From the call to Outlook
“Could you email me the onboarding checklist and the dates we just talked about?”
Client, Thursday call
Outlook: new message
- To: sam.rivera@example.com
- Subject: Your onboarding checklist and dates
- Hi Sam, thanks for your time today. Here is the checklist we went through, with the dates we agreed…
You stay in control
How we protect your data- Nothing is sent automatically. You always press send, in Outlook.
- ActiveLens does not read your mailbox. It only opens a new message with the draft filled in.
- Edit the recipients, subject and body in ActiveLens, and again in Outlook before you send.
- There is no Outlook mail access to revoke: if you stop using it, nothing stays connected.
Works with everything else
The same call that produced the email can also book the next meeting, update your CRM and create the tasks that were agreed.
Questions
Does ActiveLens send emails from my Outlook account?
No. ActiveLens writes the draft and opens it in Outlook. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.
Does ActiveLens need access to my mailbox?
No. There is no mail connection and ActiveLens does not read your email. The draft opens as a new message in Outlook.
Does it work with Outlook on the desktop?
Yes, in the ActiveLens app for Windows: the draft opens in Outlook desktop as an unsent message. In the browser, and on Mac, it opens in Outlook on the web.
Can I change the tone of the email?
Yes. Choose a style such as friendly, formal or concise and the draft is rewritten. You can also edit it by hand or create your own style.
Does it work for meetings as well as phone calls?
