What happens after every call
Sign in with Microsoft
People sign in to ActiveLens with the Microsoft account they already use. No second password to create or remember.
One admin approval for the whole tenant
A Microsoft 365 admin approves ActiveLens once for the organization, so people don't each have to ask for consent.
Add people from Entra ID
Pick people from your Entra ID directory instead of retyping the staff list. Each person you add gets an invitation. Disabled accounts are left out.
Outlook email and calendar
Follow-up emails open in Outlook with one click, and the next meeting is booked in Outlook Calendar from the free times you choose.
Teams meetings, too
Teams meetings you attend are captured from your own device, with nothing joining the call. For one you can't attend, you can send a stand-in.
Set up in minutes
An admin grants consent
A Microsoft 365 admin approves ActiveLens for the organization from ActiveLens settings, on Microsoft's own consent screen.
Import your people
Choose who to add from the Entra ID list. ActiveLens shows how many seats you have left and marks anyone who is already a member.
They sign in with Microsoft
Each person gets an invitation and signs in with their Microsoft account. Their own Outlook calendar is a separate, optional connection.

You stay in control
How we protect your data- Signing in shares only your basic profile: name and email address.
- The directory import reads names, email addresses and job titles. Nobody is added until an admin selects them.
- Guest accounts are shown but can't be added.
- Disconnect the directory from ActiveLens settings at any time; ActiveLens deletes its stored access straight away.
Works with everything else
Microsoft 365 brings your people in. Outlook and Outlook Calendar handle the follow-up email and the next meeting from every call.

A Microsoft 365 admin who can grant consent for your organization. They approve it once, on Microsoft's own consent screen.
What does ActiveLens read from Entra ID?

No. Signing in shares only your name and email. Connecting Outlook Calendar is a separate step that each person chooses.
